Match Report
It was always going to be tough as we started with only 11 and within 15 mins were down to 10.
Then a spat of injuries ensued which left us in effect with 8 and the others hobbling around, mind you one of their players went off with a broken bloody nose, Rob is your boot ok!
We held them well for most of the game at 2 - 1 but not enough players, took its toll.
Our first league goal of the season...mmmn well lets say there was some divine intervention, a bit of head and er um a "Hand of God" assist.
I was going to say you could compare me with Maradona, but looking at the state of him now, don't bother sending the rude comparisons' please.
Anyhow, a goals, a goal and its nice to get back on the score sheet.
